Learn what to do in the event baby starts choking or stops breathing. You will feel more confident after this class. |
| Comfort Measures for Labor 2 hour class |
$75.00 | If you took a childbirth class already but are not feeling confident or prepared for labor, this class will teach you relaxation techniques, breathing patterns and labor positions to help you work with your labor. |
Classes can be scheduled on days/times most convenient for you which can be a great benefit for working families. There is great flexibility when you take a private class! All classes are held at University of Florida Pediatric Center, 6271 St. Augustine Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32217. I can also schedule classes in your home for an additional fee.
